The breakfast had a variety of options, including made-to-order eggs. The location was very convenient with a bus stop just outside. the pool and sauna were great for relaxation after a day of exploring.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the free shuttle service that was provided, making it easy for us to explore the area. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and convenient stay, and we would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is well-located, in the center of Santa Cristina, close to the Ciampino gondola and the hotel's restaurant, which serves delicious food. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service. the breakfast is excellent, with a wide array of options to choose from. the hotel has great facilities such as an outdoor pool and ski locks in the garage.

The hotel's bar area is not comfortable, as there is always cigarette smoke around.

The staff was so friendly and accomodating. They helped us plan our hiking tours and were always willing to do a bit extra. The room was a suite with ample room for our family of five. The beds were comfortable, it was sparkling clean and had all of the needed items in the kitchenette. There is a nice restaurant attached to the hotel as well as a food store if you wanted to cook in your room. Location was great and within walking distance to the ski lifts. We would recommend Maciaconi to all of our friends.

A fabulous place to stay. Although on a "main" street, the village is lovely and quiet (certainly compared to Selva only a few miles up the valley), so traffic noise is not a problem. Staff spoke good English, and were obliging, especially at reception. Rooms (and the hotel as a whole) are lovely, and include a DVD/video player, and the hotel even has a selection of DVDs. Food was good, and the breakfast choice immense, beer brewed by the hotel was good too! Recommended!

We loved the convenient location close to shuttle buses, attractions, and the beautiful Seiser Alm area. The hotel had excellent cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff. Parking and transportation were also great.

Excellent hotel. Rooms were beautiful with wooden floors and spa tub. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful view of the mountains from the room. Breakfast was varied and plentiful to include eggs and freshly baked pastries.

Good central position, beautiful views, nice and clean rooms, nice swimming pool. Extraordinary breakfasts. Staff speak many languages and are very customer oriented.
